Both John and Keri were absolutely fantastic. They answered all of our questions. Showroom is beautiful. John took a lot of time to show our daughter all the features of her new vehicle. The collision people were very professional and welcoming; they made it much easier because they dealt with USAA directly. The bodywork was perfect ( I was rear-ended by a run-away driver) and my welcoming; they made it much easier because they dealt with USAA directly. I had an extremely positive experience at Lake Ford. They were professional & it was very clean. When I arrived the trucks I came to see were ready for a test drive.
