Greetings Central Pennsylvania! My name is John Templeton and I am a Sales Manager here at Kelly Cadillac. I have been in the car business for almost ten years and I absolutely love it. This is what I was meant to do. Very few things I like more then taking care of customers. Whether it is a vehicle purchase, or solving customer concerns, I pride myself on treating every customer like family. I am happily married to my high school sweetheart, and we have twin eight year old boys together. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing golf and the piano. This was my first Kelly experience and I am very please. Customer service was great, tags and loan went great. Vehicle looked amazing at time of pick up. This is my third car buying experience with Kelly Cadillac and all of them were satisfying adventures. Uzma was my sells person for each purchase and with her soft-spoken assurance and concern I was Cadillac and all of them were satisfying adventures. Uzma was my sells person for each purchase and with her soft-spoken assurance and concern I was made to feel quite comfortable in my buying experiences. Also, she is very knowledgeable, there is nothing she doesn't know about the workings and features of the Cadillac. I also want to recognize John in mgt. Glen the document specialist and Doug and Len in the service department and last but not least Mr. Geoff Kelly truly a great guy. Thank you for the attention and kindness that you all have given me. This was simply the best car buying experience I have ever had. Uzma sold me the car with her knowledge, attitude and kind approach.
