Toyota has always been good to me and on top of the quality of the car, the quality of the customer service is phenomenal !! John made sure I got the car I wanted and even had it transferred from Vacaville because he knew how important getting a white Camry was to me. I'm so excited about my new car and couldn't have asked for a better team. All the guys were so friendly and helpful. Not to mention, everyone kept telling me "congrats on your new car" and I thought that was very thoughtful. I will recommend Elk Grove toyota to everyone! More

Adam took a great deal of time to give us a clear understanding of our options and thanks to his diligence and patience we were successful in obtaining an even better car than we had hoped for! Thank you Adam Niazi and John for all your help and good humor through the process! I especially appreciate Adam being so helpful in making us feel comfortable with his caring and respectful attitude as he explained all the available options. He went out of his way to help carry our belongings from our two older vehicles into the new one and brought drinks to us more than once. He went above and beyond the call of duty in answering all our questions and allaying any fears we might have. He made clear we should feel free to call him with any later questions or issues. All in all it was a very good experience in dealing with this Toyota dealership and we both left happy and very satisfied. Thank you again Adam! More

Patrick and John were both very patient and I think the greatest thing was their sense of humor because my family and I liked to joke around a lot. Glad they understand sarcasm and yet all jokes aside got us out of there with the car we wanted. Patrick even called after for a follow and said if we wanted to tint our windows, he has a contact for us, which I thought was amazing customer service. Give him a 10 for his customer service for being effective and efficient. Also Janette (sorry if I spelled that wrong) she showed us all the features on our car at the end after handing me my keys. I thought that was a nice touch and John the manager came by to congratulate us and say bye. Those were unexpected since my last car buying (from somewhere else) didn't offer that. My visit and purchase was very nice and we got the car! :) More

Elk Grove Toyota makes it easy Buying a vehicle every so many years can be very stressful but meeting up with the folks at EGToyota can make the process less so. I met with Linda Dang to purchase a Toyota Highlander. We test drove the vehicle, she pointed out all the controls etc and never pushed the sale as at so many other places. She made me comfortable and at ease, we negotiated, arrived at a price and made the deal. A smooth and easy transaction. Not only the sales staff, but I met John the finance man and appreciated his explaining all options and again never pushing but explaining the options available. I have to compliment Samanth Walling, the customer relation person, she explained all the many controls, and there are many. Her easy going manner, her way of explain how to use the controls made me at ease and hopefully remembering all she showed me. She did tell me I could return at any time and have her explain anything I missed. Customer Service at its best. All in all a good, smooth experience., probably do it again in 5 years or so.
