Great Customer Service! I recently bought my new at the Elk Grove Toyota and it was a great experience. Our salesman, Baljinder, was amazing. He showed us all the great optio I recently bought my new at the Elk Grove Toyota and it was a great experience. Our salesman, Baljinder, was amazing. He showed us all the great options, explained everything about pricing very thoroughly and even served us refreshments. The fianance manager was also a great help in explaining what exactly it is that we paid for. Overall, I definitely recommend going there if you're interested in buying a Toyota because the service is great! More

I was interested in buying a Corolla and he emailed me a great deal on my car. When I arrived there, he took me right out to the car to test drive it. He also verified the car was the one I inquired about and the price was great. The whole process was made easy because Scott understands that the buying process should not be a hassle. Bill Gann is awesome I rated Elk Grove Toyota "EXCELLENT" due to the great experience and no hassle. All the sales people were very helpful especially Bill Gann. Bill and I rated Elk Grove Toyota "EXCELLENT" due to the great experience and no hassle. All the sales people were very helpful especially Bill Gann. Bill and John Thorpe were very professional and got us a great deal that our local Toyota couldn't deliver. We drove over 100 miles which saved us $120 a month in payments.
