All the positive hype about this dealership is absolutely false. They care about the bottom line and not the consumer. I bought a Pre-Certified 2019 Honda CRV with 65,000 miles. I have had it for less then 3 false. They care about the bottom line and not the consumer. I bought a Pre-Certified 2019 Honda CRV with 65,000 miles. I have had it for less then 3 mos., and already it's been in their shop more than 4 times. The last time was to repair a rattle under the carriage. When I drove the car home after the repair, the rattle was still there. This was a Pre-Certified car! They sold me a warn out car for which I paid way too much. After repeatedly asking for their help in rectifying this situation, they would not help me. I am a 76 year old single woman on a fixed income, and I need an auto that is going to be reliable. That's not what I got. They don't care. They got my money. I caution you to not assume that a Pre-Ceftified car from this dealership is that as it is indeed not that at all. They must have the worst auto mechanics in Memphis. I caution you do not give these people your business when buying a used car. They are deceptive. More

Traveling from South Carolina to Texas, my transmission had a problem and had to be towed. Fortunately, I was towed by my brother-in-law to Wolfchase Honda to be serviced. On Saturday before the 4th of Jul had a problem and had to be towed. Fortunately, I was towed by my brother-in-law to Wolfchase Honda to be serviced. On Saturday before the 4th of July, they had all the parts and had my Pilot ready to go the same day! They even kept my Pilot safe overnight since I had a cartop carrier on it and plants inside. The dealer was clean and everyone I spoke to was friendly. They offered a shuttle ride back home so i didn't have to wait at the dealership.
