It was a pleasant enough experience. The refreshments that roll around ever so often were a very welcomed sight to see. The shuttle guy was extremely nice. He dropped me off at my physical therapy and postponed his lunch to pick me up at the end of my session. How awesome is that? Yeen's service to me was exceptional, including her follow-up. I had to bring my car back a few days later because it was running a little rough and the center cap on a wheel was off. Dexter kindly guided me back to Yeen, who was on a phone call and John, who was standing nearby, kindly took me to parts department so I could buy another center cap (which was not outrageously priced). In her follow-up, Yeen has explained why my tires may be riding rough and has said they will rotate them back, if I want. I definitely want my smooth Honda ride back but I'm unsure on the best route to take to make it happen. Who knows, it may be something as simple as the air in them. More
