Going the extra mile Adam and the team went many extra miles to get me into my '15 Kia Optima. It took 7 hours but Adam worked tirelessly to ensure I got the best deal. He was thorough, thoughtful and best of all ethical in everything he did. He made me feel extremely comfortable working with him. There was no pressure, no sneaky sales tactics, no hidden fees. He outlined everything and did so with transparency. Furthermore, other members of the team such as the finance manager worked really hard with Adam contacting insurance companies, working with their lender and crunching numbers to get me the best deal. I walked out with an amazing car at a super reasonable price and on my ride home could only think about how satisfied I was with my experience. I would recommend Adam and the entire dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free, personalized experience. Adam is dedicated to getting you into the right car and making sure it's a great fit. I also liked how he was hands-on with the test drive and knew features of the car, was able to demonstrate them and took questions. Other test drives I had been on were silent or abrupt without much thought going into it. The place got my new car all ready, polished it up, ensured the inside was super clean and even took my old clunker back with higher trade-in value than I was offered anywhere else! I was pleasantly surprised when I was signing the paperwork knowing how manageable my monthly payments would be. When we couldn't find an insurance provider who would get me a good rate, Adam demonstrated massive persistence in getting my financing amount lowered so I could afford the car on my existing policy. Kudos to that kind of hard work. Nobody has worked that hard for me to earn my business before. I felt really confident driving off the lot also knowing that the place took care of my plates, registration and all that paperwork. I even got the proper documentation for Connecticut even though I'm a new York resident. They have a Dmv inside the dealership who worked really hard as well! Thank you so much for all your help, everyone who got me into this amazing car today. Anyone who buys from these guys will not be disappointed. Just note: they don't take deposits! More
