I received the upmost professional handling in the transactions process of the vehicle I purchased. My sales rep, Mr. John Turner was so helpful in showing me cars of my interest and answered all of m transactions process of the vehicle I purchased. He displayed patience as I revisited the dealership and test drove two vehicles more than once. He was always kind in his responses to me, he was considerate that i needed time to decide on the vehicle of my choice. He never pressured me to purchase. Hello. My name is Juanita Lurry of course! I bought a new 2019 Blazer. After receiving my SUV, and a couple of days driving it I had buyers remorse of not buying the color that I really wanted. My intentions 2019 Blazer. After receiving my SUV, and a couple of days driving it I had buyers remorse of not buying the color that I really wanted. My intentions was buying off white or white Blazer, but I ended up buying the black and thought I would love it but my feelings was still and is leaning towards the white. At that moment, as I was driving my new black ride I began to experience some of the features that I had in my Cadillac and all the years of driving luxury I couldn't believe I had down graded and missed those features like back up alerts, side signal lights on the mirror, leather, tint in the windows, my trunk door doesn't open up automatically, and most importantly no powered seats. If I could take it back I would have gotten the white blazer (which was not in stock) that had more on it. Also, I mentioned to Mr. Franklin that I was surprised that you don't offer a care package or goodie bag of some sort to your Customers especially when they purchase a new vehicle the way Honda and Toyota does and especially this was my 3rd car purchase from Pete Moore. I bought a pearl colored Malibu with luxury and the Cadillac SRX with luxury. But anyways, overall Mr. Franklin was very professional and a very patient salesman just because of his attitude I came back that day. Even though I said I wasn't going to put any money down I believe they were surprised when I did put a grand down and would have put more if I had been offered a better deal on a 2019 or 2020 White Blazer and more for my trade!
