Best Experience in 40 years of buying cars!!!!! This was my first visit to Pete Moore Chevrolet in Pensacola Florida . I have been to the very least 100 car dealerships over the years And only A few This was my first visit to Pete Moore Chevrolet in Pensacola Florida . I have been to the very least 100 car dealerships over the years And only A few have come close to making the experience as easy professional and courteous as Tom Royster (Used car sales) (850 712 9580). Tom even had one of the guys from the shop drive 15 miles to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership a few days before Christmas of this year. I ended up buying the car I looked at the day before and I have to tell you I don’t have a job or good credit I did have money for a down payment but Less than half of it on me the rest wouldn’t be available for 5 to 7 days and I couldn’t believe it but Tom Royster talked to his manager came back and gave me the keys to the car and I took it home that night with a promise to come back in a week with the rest of the money. I also have to give a shout out to John Turner (sales) Without him the sale never would’ve happened and the managers or owner who let the car go for a great price, and of course the finance guy I can’t remember his name who got me a good percentage rate with my Below average credit. All I’ve got to say is this has Definitely without a doubt been the best experience I ever had buying a car And I have to tell you I can be a hard xxx when buying a car But it was nice not having to be. I won’t forget you guys and I will & have been telling other people of my experience and I will be coming back for my next car. Thanks for your help Gary O’Connell More

Great experience overall Came in at 430, at 645 I was moving everything over to my new truck. Long, tiring week Had been going everywhere looking for vehicle to replace my 20 year old truck (bless her heart). Made a previous visit here with no success except higher priced vehicle than I could manage. Saw couple new listings on web site and made a call to have them aware to get ready for me to peruse and that I was on the way and didn't have lots of time. Surprise, when I arrive, nothing has been done and I am told by the salesman I contacted he has other obligations and hasn't even checked inventory, etc., and he would be putting me with someone else. I explained I was upset I spent a lot of time communicating with him several days about my needs, etc., so I wouldn't be wasting time.returning there and now he doesn't have time for me. I was speechless, so I just went outside and sat in my truck awhile, and the salesman that had helped me prior to this salesman came out and spoke to me and told me he had several vehicles for me to see, and I said OK...let's do this (he was the original salesman from my first visit who ended up getting tied up with another customer after we had looked at a couple of vehicles and turned me over to the salesman I'd been communicating with), and if this sounds confusing, that's how I felt. Well, long story short, my original salesman, John Turner, helped me narrow down to two vehicles I was interested in. It was a tough decision but he stuck with me through it. After thorough deliberation, I decided on a certified preowned vehicle and we made an offer. (keep in mind I haven't bought a vehicle in 18 years...lol) They accepted my offer and I am finally on the road in my CPO vehicle, but it still was an exhausting LONG day (over 6 hours) by the time we finished up with finance, etc. And I want to give real kudos to John Turner for finally getting me where I needed to be...thanks John :) More

Great service Even though it was an all day experience, john found me the perfect car. We looked at several, test drove several was about to sign papers on a car i Even though it was an all day experience, john found me the perfect car. We looked at several, test drove several was about to sign papers on a car i wasnt thrilled with. When the perfect car appeared, john knew we wasnt thrilled with the one vechical so at the last moment our car appeared. We are truly thankful. This was my first actual new/used car buy, and i am well pleased. Thanks mr John for our Buick!!! Thanks for taking the time to get us a car with the right price and mileage. More
