James' initial price was "Exactly" as advertized, and the payments were within $6.00 of the final deal. He was attentive, but not pushy and bent over backwards to satisfy my requests. Down side was that we were there for 4.5 hours because you only had one financial person to deal with all three dealerships. But you made our stay very comfortable and "non stressful". Had been to another dealership the day before and the experience was horendous and I was not looking forward to another day of lies and stress. I commend your dealership and staff, especially James, for your professionalism, honesty, and willingness to work with me. More
