Love my new Ridgeline! I've had my Ridgeline going on 3 months now, and I'm really glad I purchased it. The features are great from the Honda Sensing safety features to the I've had my Ridgeline going on 3 months now, and I'm really glad I purchased it. The features are great from the Honda Sensing safety features to the technology features, The vehicle has a great ride and it's very quiet on the inside. My salesman, John Williams, was very personable, and made the buying experience very pleasant. I'd do business with him again, as well as the dealership. John wasn't high pressure and he would answer any questions I had via text or call very promptly. Hopefully I get many years and miles out of my Ridgeline. More

Easy Peasy! My experience with Hagerstown Honda began as a mom tagging along on her daughter's test drive. The salesman, John Williams, was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable of his products. The cars I rode in were super clean and comfortable. Both the Odyssey and Pilot had plenty of room! Soon, I was looking at cars for myself. I completed the lease of my '17 CVR yesterday and couldn't be happier! Everyone I met there had a smile and a friendly greeting for customers. No one pressured me or bothered me after I left the building. Once I made up my mind, all it took was a phone call to John to get the sale rolling. The finance department worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with my trade in and the cost of the lease. It was a wonderful experience all around! Thank you Hagerstown Honda!! More

We had spoken to him on the phone prior to our visit. He said he would have the Molten Lava Pearl CR-V that we wanted. He was true to his word and it was waiting for us to see when we arrived. We worked with John and Darin Fazenbaker to work out the deal. After we finished the paperwork, it was after they had "closed" for the evening. John still took the time to show us the features on our new CR-V. We would highly recommend Hagerstown Honda and our salesman, John and finance person, Darin to anyone looking for a new Honda!!! More

Planting roots Months ago I began researching two things: What car would be my next and also where I should plant my roots within my new community. I drove to severa Months ago I began researching two things: What car would be my next and also where I should plant my roots within my new community. I drove to several dealerships, spoke with them on the phone, email correspondence, as well as face to face time (literally hours) spent discussing my next big purchase. I take my time when investing in a vehicle. I needed something safe, large enough for two kids, and I didn't want to be stuck or pressured into buying your average "family vehicle" just because I'm a mom. I wanted to purchase from somewhere I felt comfortable. Somewhere my kids weren't looked at as a hassle to have around while discussing a vehicle purchase. Somewhere I could return and recommend not just for a car buying experience but also all the "other things" that come with a vehicle-service! Like mentioned above, this all started months ago. I started it the same way as all the other dealerships. Research. I scoped out their website and then reached out via online to initiate a buying experience?. Within a short time, less then 24 hours, I was contacted via text on a Sunday, by Ian Smith! I was immediately impressed. I setup a time to meet and I took my kids. I was met at the door by several staff members who were dressed professionally, clean, and kind even though my children were with me. They presented themselves professionally, they worked together as a team to offer me the best costumer service I've ever had at a dealership. Throughout the course of the last few months, I had every question answered. I wasn't bombarded by a pressuring sales crew, in fact one of the greatest parts for my buying experience was my car salesman; John Williams. He sat down with me several times, walked up and down the lot with me, back and forth, inside and out, answered texts, answered phone calls, and ultimately sold me my first Honda! And he literally only mentioned that "family vehicle" once. He immediately saw that wasn't what I wanted and never mentioned it again. We sat and discussed many aspects of purchasing a vehicle. The true costs of ownership. The different trim levels available to me. And he was kind to my children. Asked about them when I didn't have them with me. No, my children aren't part of your purchase but it provided me with the personal touch needed to land me back at his dealership. The following morning he even checked in on me to make sure I was still satisfied. And then again today he even checked in again and even inquired about my children. I highly recommend John Williams to anyone looking for "their salesman"; he will be mine for as long as he is employed there. The financial aspect of dropping thousands and thousands of dollars isn't something to sneeze at. I wanted and needed to know I was getting the best deal I could and that the numbers I heard were honest numbers. And I did my homework. Hagerstown Honda didn't negotiate my trade value because they didn't have to, they from the start gave me true market value. Every single other dealership I visited, refused! Came up with every excuse not to, which spoke a lot about what would happen next if I took my vehicle to them for service. Would they be honest with me then? Would I really need something fixed or are they just trying to make a buck. I literally called John from a different dealership's lot- I was done dealing with other people and not receiving the customer service John provided. The numbers hit hard and I had to get a couple things to line up before I could sign my name. My purchase day, I knew my name would be signed, I had my number for payment and I wasn't budging. John called over their numbers guy; who sat down and explained my price range for my numbers. Darin Fazenbaker sat and in detail explained everything I needed to know to make an informed decision moving forward with a vehicle purchase. Hagerstown Honda is somewhere I will be highly recommending to friends and family and complete strangers. They were honest, professional, kind, knowledgeable with the products sold and have earned my lifelong business. Can't wait to buy my daughter's first car there! She's already working on what she wants! More

They explain everything they have done and are very nice and informative. When I decided to get a 2017 CRV Hagerstown Honda was 1st on my list to look. We were greeted at the door right away by Mr. Williams and he was so kind and informative. He didn't rush or push us through. Mr. Williams listened to what I wanted and we test drove the car. I wanted a white car but when I saw the ugly three colors of interior I hated it. Mr. Williams explained they would find one with all black interior and he did. The finance gentleman was so nice and explained everything to us. We had a very pleasant experience. My husband and I are 69 years old dreaded car buying. Hagerstown made it very relaxing and fun.
