Brian Jacobs was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable with all the paper work and final contractual obligations. Overall, we had an extremely positive experience working with Superior Honda of Omaha. We purchased our first Honda in Feb 1978, a 2 door Civic, and have had at least one Honda in the family since. In fact we now have an Acura/MDX, the CR-V/Hybrid, and a Honda Gold-Wing motorcycle. And, our son and his wife both have Hondas (HR-V and FIT) as well. In 1990 we purchased a red Honda station wagon that was AWD from Superior when it was in Council Bluffs. It was the great grandfather of this CRV-Hybrid and we've had a CR-V in the family ever since. A couple of years ago that Honda station wagon passed me on the interstate, still running strong after more than 25 years. It had a few identifying features that I recognized. Abdul was great to work with. He explained everything to me throughout the purchasing process. We never felt any high pressure from him to purchase the vehicle, and he was even willing to compromise on the price. Awesome experience!!! John helped me to get in a good used Honda Civic! I had totaled my car and wanted to get in something affordable with low miles and the quality of a Honda. There was some hail damage that I was aware of and fine with. When I got home I noticed a dent in the car I talked with John and he got my car in when it was convenient for me and let me drop it off the night before after work. Picked up the next day and it looked great! Thank you to Ryan I’m the finance department. When I went in to sign all the paperwork I thought it was going to be an all day thing. I was wrong I was in and out in about 90 minutes. I will definitely recommend John, Ryan and Superior Honda! You guys rock!!!! More
