Awesome experience!!! John helped me to get in a good used Honda Civic! I had totaled my car and wanted to get in something affordable with low miles and the quality of a H John helped me to get in a good used Honda Civic! I had totaled my car and wanted to get in something affordable with low miles and the quality of a Honda. There was some hail damage that I was aware of and fine with. When I got home I noticed a dent in the car I talked with John and he got my car in when it was convenient for me and let me drop it off the night before after work. Picked up the next day and it looked great! Thank you to Ryan I’m the finance department. When I went in to sign all the paperwork I thought it was going to be an all day thing. I was wrong I was in and out in about 90 minutes. I will definitely recommend John, Ryan and Superior Honda! You guys rock!!!! More

For myself, I had been thinking about getting a Honda or a Toyota RAV4. Because of price and ratings, I chose the Honda CR-V LX. I’m older and did not want all the fancy electronics, and the LX had all of the basics and a few upgrades. More

Disappointing and totally Horrible Service! We received an internet quote from their Internet manager John Wonder. It looked good so I made an appointment for Saturday but decided to arrive Thur We received an internet quote from their Internet manager John Wonder. It looked good so I made an appointment for Saturday but decided to arrive Thursday instead so I did let Mr. Wonder know of our intentions. He referred us to a sales guy Juan Munoz. When I communicated to him via email, it came back undelivered but surprisingly he reached me via text few hours later when I informed Mr. Wonder that Juan’s email did not work. We arrived at the dealership around 6:15 and a 2019 black Honda Touring was already ready for us to test drive. Juan was happy to help us test drive but he said that specific Honda is out of gas so he pulled another Honda out and said it’s the exact same one just different color interior. He said we could test drive this one and let him know which one we would like to take home. We test drove the “so called” 2019 Black honda with black interior and decided to take that home. When it came to financing, Mr. wonder had given me wrong information about 0.9% dealer financing. I have an email from him stating 0.9% financing. He said he had a typo in his email. We understand such error so we were ok with this. Then Juan comes to us with an offer of 2.9 for 72 months Honda financing. We liked this offer despite the fact that he was able to give only 15k for our trade in (we owed 17K). We decided to put in the application and even decided to put in 5K down to lower the monthly payment. After he took our app, he comes back saying, the 2.9 is only available for 60 months and not 72. Well, that’s not very professional to be making such mistakes. It was already not good knowing 0.9 was an error but now another mistake? We were fine with it because we thought we could maybe put in another 5K down and lower the payment, so we said ok. Well the final issue totally blew my mind off. Juan comes back saying the car we test drove was 2020 and so we won’t be able to get the same price (38,486) nor the same financing. At this point, he has not only wasted 3 hours of our time, but seriously failed all aspect of being a professional salesman. Not to mention, he was not wiling to give us fair trade in value for our Subaru. This is utterly disappointing from a big dealer like Superior. We have the option to go to Honda cars of Bellevue, OR ODaniel honda (both would be much closer to where we live) but we drove all the way to your store, to find out we can’t take home the car we really wanted. I just wanted to let you know that yes mistakes happen but to let us drive a totally different year/priced car and telling us to take home a different one is almost like a big slap in our face. Maybe your car sales person need to be more knowledgeable and need to be trained on your products and financing options you have to offer your customers. You are not providing any exceptional service by giving wrong information let alone “guaranteed exceptional service”! More

Certified preowned honda pilot sold without issues being fi I purchased a preowned certified 2017 Honda Pilot from Superior Honda in May of this year, after my previous honda accord was totaled by another drive I purchased a preowned certified 2017 Honda Pilot from Superior Honda in May of this year, after my previous honda accord was totaled by another driver. I was told by my salesman, Abdul, that this car was basically brand new. He also added that all issues had been fixed, and brakes and rotars were brand new. Well since having this car, I have had issues with the transmission, rotars, and sensors. I have taken this car back to Superior Honda multiple times only for them to tell me nothing is wrong with the car. I had to go to another honda dealer to figure out that the rotars were in fact not brand new and they were warped. I had to have them resurfaced. I have also had problems with the transmission, and Superior Honda told me there was nothing wrong with the transmission. I had to go to a transmission shop to find out that there are multiple problems with the transmission. I was informed that the fender had been replaced, and I can see for myself that the fender is not the original fender. Also, multiple codes are popping up saying that there are problems with the transmission, but the computer cannot tell them what is causing these problems specifically until the transmission fully messes up. Abdul gave me a car report that stated that the car has not been in any accidents. However, the gentleman at the transmission shop said that possible cause of these electrical codes popping up, and the fender being replaced is, because the car has previously been in an accident. I will not return to Superior Honda for any future purchases, as Abdul sold me a preowned certified car that was not fixed and had multiple expensive issues wrong with it. Also, the car report that he gave me was inaccurate. Now, I am stuck with this car for a very long time. More

Excellent Experience This was the second time I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I was overall happy with the process. The only thing I didn't like so much was This was the second time I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I was overall happy with the process. The only thing I didn't like so much was the fact that the windshield on the car I purchased needed to be replaced and I had to bring it back in for that. Unfortunately, the dealership is neither conveniently located from work nor from home. I did, however, get a loaner for the time I was without vehicle, so overall still an excellent experience. More
