Went way past expectations I just recently purchased a Pilot from Superior and I could not be more thrilled. I recently was in an accident so I did not “plan” on buying a new ve I just recently purchased a Pilot from Superior and I could not be more thrilled. I recently was in an accident so I did not “plan” on buying a new vehicle. I started with an online inquiry which connected us with John Wonder. He was understanding of the situation and found a fantastic deal for me. When I came in to “look” at the Pilot, I was connected with Toby Egerton. He was very personable and made me feel like I was taking to a friend and not a salesman. He wanted to help get our family back to its active lifestyle. The icing on the cake came the next day when my family of 5 took over the dealership an hour before closing time. We never felt rushed and the kids were right at home in the play area. The financing was painless and considering we had not planned to buy a vehicle but circumstance was making us, the monthly payment is within our budget. Our new Honda will get special care for years to come which makes this sports mom worry less. Superior Honda definitely earned my business. More

Dishonorable conduct I purchased a 2006 Avalon VIN, 4T1BK36B16U120903, at Superior Honda last Thursday morning, 5-3-18, for my daughter coming back from UNL for the summe I purchased a 2006 Avalon VIN, 4T1BK36B16U120903, at Superior Honda last Thursday morning, 5-3-18, for my daughter coming back from UNL for the summer and to return with in the fall. John and Ken in sales agreed on a cash price and to have the vehicle inspected for specific issues. They informed me the car needed a rack n pinion assy and rear stabilizer links and bushings. They noted there were no valve cover leaks, power steering leaks, p/s pump leaks and that the cv boots and axles were without damage. They agerred to replace the rack assy. with my purchase and I would be responsible for the sway bar. When I showed up to purchase the sales mngr."JT", told me the shop was wrong and it just needed a hose clamp replaced and all was fine. I expressed my concern and JT assured me ,"The car has absolutely no issues", and even agreed to reimburse the $140 cost of having Lexus of Omaha inspect the vehicle to dismiss his initial reported repairs needed. I paid in full for the car, signed the title and JT helped me take the car to Lexus for inspection. I was quickly called by Brandon at Lexus informing me the car DOES need a rack assy as well as cv boots as well as valve cover gaskets as well as a leaking p/s resivour and on and on. He told me there is no way Superior did not see these issues and believes they were even, "cleaned up to hide", When I called JT he told me he will not repair any of this and that he is tearing up my check and picking up the car from lexus right now. WHAT???I own it! JT said, "this is not the car for you at this time", And he is not honoring his inspection results, agreement to repair or sales agreement. I was told at one point by John Wonder, "I wont repair anything and I will send this car straight to auction", (where he wont have to disclose necessary repairs needed). I want you to repair what you said you would, and repair what you said didnt have any issues and is broken. I dont believe how I was delt with. I have papers that I bought a car and receipt of payment and massages agreeing to repair issues and I signed the title and paid in full. But, no car????? I did take delivery of this car on 5-5-18. No repair were made that John Wonder and JT the sales mngr. Had agreed to. Neither will stand by honoring their own initial inspection. More

We drove 2.5 hours from Des Moines because the dealership just a few miles from our home made the ‘sales process’ incredibly frustrating. John Wonder, Abdul Sultonov and team were terrific. John was engaged from the beginning and very responsive to our inquiries. He was straightforward & honest. We received a warm welcome from Abdul the moment we arrived. He made sure we were comfortable & took the time to make sure we were taken care of. We’ve never had such a pleasant experience buying a car. From start to finish they didn’t treat us like a ‘transaction’. We look forward to coming back in a few years to buy our next car with them. Thank you!!!! More

I was looking for a late model used car and got just what I was looking Abdul and the rest of the staff at Superior Honda were fantastic to work with. I was looking for a late model used car and got just what I was looking for. As a woman, I really appreciated that Abdul shook my hand first (before my husband's) and addressed me as the car buyer. He answered all of my questions and gave me fair trade in value for my car. After purchase he took the time to show me how to sync my phone etc so I was all set to go! Very easy and low stress buying experience! More
