Everyone is so nice here. Even if they aren’t working directly with you. An employee even helped me figure out the coffee/hot water station! The only thing I’d suggest is perhaps other options to watch on the televisions (not everyone is into sports and news) Perhaps a nice enclosed outdoor (nonsmoking) area to sit as well when the weather is nice. I am happy with the service though. Wait was long but they made it comfortable. And I had the choice to be driven home. But I chose to wait there. The technicians were honest and I didn’t feel like they were pressuring me to pay for more work than the car needed. More

I love my car and I am very happy with it but this time when I was there he told me l should have a tire balance it only has 9000 miles on it and I barely drive it on the highway. I know that it was just a when I was there he told me l should have a tire balance it only has 9000 miles on it and I barely drive it on the highway. I know that it was just a up sale. Then l had a low tire and they said it was a leak which could not be fixed and I had to buy a new tire. I told them I really didn’t have the money right now and to just fill it up and it held until Monday of this week. I took it in to my garage and they said it had a nail and plugged it. I could have picked the nail up with in the time that it was there. But l believe it just needed air. I felt that he was just trying to up sale and that l am a stupid old lady. I’m in the same kind of work with up grading but l really believe that the sales team would be trained a little more More
