My experience buying a new car went very smooth. First I was greeted by the person who worked with me and took me on a test drive. He knew about the product that was important to me. I had spoken to John Woodland about the Chevy Malibu. I was looking to buy a low mileage vehicle and had recently driven a used Malibu from another dealer. John introduced my wife and me to Bob Lane who was looking to buy a low mileage vehicle and had recently driven a used Malibu from another dealer. John introduced my wife and me to Bob Lane who courteously showed us the used Malibus that were on the lot, including a new 2012 with only 100 miles on it. We bought it! Bob did not try to steer us into any one vehicle, which we appreciated. I want to buy the car I want and not have a salesman try to sell us a car. When we asked to test drive the 2012, Bob arranged that within a few mintes. During the test drive, John crunched the numbers and gave us a very good deal. Bob was with another customer when I went back to pick up the vehicle, so John asked Jim Keefe to review the features of the car with me. He did so professionally and patiently. He even asked the OnStar rep, who was talking very quickly, to slow down. That saved me from having to ask him myself. Everyone I dealt with at Colonial was very friendly and professional and I will definitely recommend them to others. More
