We were visiting our daughter in Erie, and had some spare time, so we decided to stop in and look at a new car. We had no plans of buying a car from them, as we were 6.5 hours away from home. He answered every question, and spent so much time with us to make sure we understood everything, that we knew this was where we needed to buy our next vehicle! We kept in touch with John, and returned in a few weeks to order a new van. John even emailed us pictures of it when it came in, as it would be a week before we could get there to pick it up. Picking it up was a pleasure, and Jamar in the financial office was just as friendly as John. They also made it fun and we had lots of laughs. More
