Great service, great people, great car! I spent most of the day at the dealership while waiting for the car to be in top shape for me to take it home before the weekend. I wanted to take it now that I had made the decision. I took the car to my apartment underground garage to check out how well the car fit and how easy it was to park. Did I mention that the assigned slots are not huge? I then decided on the red Escape SE. Not too fancy (no navigation, no sunroof, no all wheel drive) but perfect for me. Zeke has been a great help and a great salesman! Not pushy, answered questions, explained the features, etc, etc. without using pressure. He has followed up by calling and answering more questions and offering future help if I need it. I had decided to lease so had a bit of paperwork to do. That too went well. I was happy with the trade in and the terms and the service. Win, Win! Overall: friendly, helpful, great people. More

At the dealership we were introduced to sales team member John Montag who was fantastic - personable, knowledgable, responsive and honest. The vehicle had a few minor issues that needed to be addressed and the dealership readily agreed to repair those items which gave us a high level of comfort with Gordie Boucher West Bend and confidence in our purchase. We were pre-apprived for vehicle financing but Keith in the finance department got us an even better deal on financing. Overall, one of our best vehicle buying experiences ever. More
