A little unnerving and a little frustrating since I bought the truck just 5 months ago. Called the service department and got the standard bring it in and leave it with us for a couple of weeks and we will see what we can do. Well that would be fine if I had another truck that I could use since this is my work truck. Not really willing to leave it somewhere and have to make the payment on it and have to rent another truck to work with. Can't rent a 3500 dually on just any street corner and I'm making a payment on the one that they have setting there. I understand that they really want to sell but I think that they should give those of us that have bought as good as possible. Really feel like once we buy they don't want to see us again. The sales department works hard to sell and the service department just doesn't seem to be on that same level. More
