Friendly and knowledgeable Salesmen! Both our Salesmen, Jonathan and Jacob, were very friendly and knowledgeable. I especially liked that they were not pushy. Jonathan took us on a test drive and while on the ride he was very informative and answered all our questions. Afterwards he kept in contact with me and tried his best to meet my needs. Jacob made the transition quickly and easily. Ivan, the Financial Manager was a delight to deal with and very friendly as well. More

We went on several test drives so I was able to determine exactly what car I was the most comfortable in. I would definitely recommend universal Hyundai to anyone looking for a car and a pleasant experience. Ask for Jonathan! Went back to get the windows tinted and Juan and Erik were great too! More
