I’m not from Texas but my car broke down here. Grapevine was the closest dealer so it’s where we chose. The service department was amazing and really took the time to figure out what was wrong, it was a wei was the closest dealer so it’s where we chose. The service department was amazing and really took the time to figure out what was wrong, it was a weird computer issue that led in to several others and they fixed them all while Johnnie was keeping me updated on each. They were able to keep the cost lower than expected and really helped me out! I appreciate all that they did and thankful, oh so thankful to have my car back!!! Johnnie took the time to explain and did his best to get my car back to me as soon as possible without charging me more than was needed, super trustworthy and very helpful and friendly! More

Impeccable service as always. Mike walked me through the details of my service and had me in a rental within a few minutes. While in the waiting area, Taylor made me feel right at home and showed me to the details of my service and had me in a rental within a few minutes. While in the waiting area, Taylor made me feel right at home and showed me to the refreshments. Exchanging my rental for my freshly serviced vehicle was also a breeze. It was done EXACTLY when I was told it would be (like always, you guys never fail!), making it easy to plan my day. Ryan opened my door for me and lord, I would buy 100 subarus just to come and look at that man. Can’t wait to be back in 6 months! Much love! More
