Outstanding Responsiveness and Service I came in at 5:45 PM. My brake lights would not go off. I intended to drop of my car for next day service. Johnny Case as the manager on duty. He immediately understood the issue and my urgency to get this resolved ASAP. He had the service department look at it immediately and they determined that it was a minor problem and fixed it on the spot. Johnny's customer first attitude is outstanding and is why I will be coming to Frankfort Toyota for all my auto service needs in the future. More
