Ten Reasons why you should visit Frankfort Toyota before you Buying a car is simple, but taking care of it , servicing it and find the parts you need for it , is something you are going to live with as long as Buying a car is simple, but taking care of it , servicing it and find the parts you need for it , is something you are going to live with as long as you own the car, so when you are searching for a dealer to buy a car, you need to search for the best service department that will make your life easy and your visit pleasant, ( either doing a regular maintenance, or doing a major repair ), you do not need a headache or a hassle when you need something to be done to your car This is why I am writing this recommendation to share with you my experience when I visited Frankfort Toyota to service my car, I have a pleasant experience. Frankfort Toyota has a great service department with great people who will make your visit very pleasant and enjoyable, they will not let you leave without a smile on your face with big satisfaction that keep you coming back again and again, and you will enjoy their hospitality ( Donuts, Cookies, Coffee, tea , water, TV, Internet service, etc , etc ) you will feel like you are at your home. The Gentleman who I dealt with his name Johnny Case ( Assistant Service Manger ) , he is a great Guy , he will take care of you and if you have an issue or conflict, he will solve it and take care of it in your satisfaction, because he would like to see you coming again. and if he is not there talk to Beth , or her associates, she is a very sweet lady, I have nothing bad to say about this dealership, every one is very friendly starting from top management ( Eric Clark, Mike Tewell and their team) to the beautiful lady who take care of the Coffee and Donuts and who keep the place very neat and clean, I wish I know her name. From the people who answer the phone to make your appointment ( Judy Hensley and her team ) to the people who work on your car , to the people who get your parts ready ( Daryl Cornish and his team) and do not forget Mr. Jimmy Williams the leasing consultant and his group of consultants , and if you need to finance ask for Mr. Bill and his associates. To be honest with you everyone works in this dealership is wonderful, and do not forget the Beautiful Tammy Goodman the office manger . So what are you waiting for, take your family and visit this wonderful dealership, believe me you will not regret it, About me , I am a customer who is a straight shooter, I will tell the monkey he is a monkey in his face, and I am not getting anything for writing this is review , I am writing it because I enjoy going to this dealership to service my car and I would like to say Thank you Frankfort Toyota for taking care of my cars.
