My wife and I walked into the dealership intending only to test drive. I always dread having to deal with sales people in any fashion, and when Johnny Hoy walked out into the lot to greet us, I was prepare to test drive. I always dread having to deal with sales people in any fashion, and when Johnny Hoy walked out into the lot to greet us, I was prepared to completely ignore him. Well, Johnny was nothing like I expected. We told him we wanted to test drive a Stelvio and, of course, he was happy to accommodate. It was his low pressure style of basically just showing us the features of the car and the lack of any helicopter hovering around us that started us to move on the direction of considering a purchase. We let Johnny go crunch some numbers for us. And, it was then that we learned the dealership only sells at MSRP. I was blown away that a premium luxury dealer did not try to mark up. There was no back and forth nonsense of negotiations, and Johnny was a dream to work with. Johnny Hoy deserves full 5 star credit for turning a "drive only" customer into a full blown sale, simply because he's an honest salesman and his method is so low pressure. The entire industry can learn something from him. More
