Andrew was a delight. He made me feel very in control of my purchase, and guided me to the best car that would exceed my needs. Andrew helped me decide on the 2019 HR-V. He was so thorough, and really took his time to make sure I understood all the super cool features the vehicle has. He answered all my questions patiently and clearly, and was so polite. During the entire process, he made sure to check-in with me, to make sure I knew exactly what was going on at all times. I never felt forgotten or left behind. Ron was also very wonderful. He made sure I understood all that was going into financing my vehicle, while also ensuring I got the best rate. During the entire process Max explained the time it would take from looking at the car, completing the paperwork and full registration to driving off the lot with my new car.
