It was easy to contact the dealership via the Internet and get connected with a Sales R The dealership offered a great deal on a used Subaru Forester. It was easy to contact the dealership via the Internet and get connected with a Sales Rep. Was able to test drive the same day. However, since it was the end of the month, we had to drive back to sign paperwork the following day and then come back another time to pick up the car. We waited an hour after making a paperwork appointment to finally get into the business office only to spend 5 mins signing the paperwork. Our sales rep, Rich, went above and beyond to make the process easy regardless of the wasted time and extra trips. More
