Service agent was very amiable and attentive. The issue is with their technicians. This is the second time I have gone to this location for an oil change and both times the bottom shield has fall The issue is with their technicians. This is the second time I have gone to this location for an oil change and both times the bottom shield has fallen and scrapes against the road. If they are this careless over a shield, i can only image what other things they might not do correctly. More

Took our Honda Pilot in for a recall. With the knowledge of Johnny in service I found out when I turned the key on the ignition needed replaced and it was under warranty!
