Lots of Inventory, Too Focused on Just trying to Sell, Sell, I was very satisfied with Jason as a sales consultant, and Micheal in finance. Both very helpful. We started our purchase journey with Jason an I was very satisfied with Jason as a sales consultant, and Micheal in finance. Both very helpful. We started our purchase journey with Jason and wish he would have been around to finish it. He passed us off to Mark Hall and then things went sideways. Mark Hall is just a big talker. Would not listen to our requests for information. Was not interested in listening to what we wanted and was openly frustrated by our wish to look at several vehicles and compare package details between them. It was pretty obvious that he just wanted to close this thing. Wanted us to "wrap this deal up tonight" wouldn't give us solid numbers until we actually got to finance personnel. Just a very arrogant, "i'm too busy for this" attitude. More

BAD EXPERIENCE Bought a 2012 Chevy traverse 5-6 months ago. Got a superior protection plan. Car started making horrible noises. Took back to dealership to find out a Bought a 2012 Chevy traverse 5-6 months ago. Got a superior protection plan. Car started making horrible noises. Took back to dealership to find out all struts and shocks are leaking and shot. Power steering pressure line leaking. Estimate of $1910.00 to fix. Told us warranty will not cover even though it has it covered in protection plan. Then charged us 100 dollars when we picked up for doing no work. Suposedly there was a 200 pt inspection done before we purchased. This is a kick in the teeth. Never will I recommend this place. Even thought about walking with sign out front to warn others! More

Deceptive Practices This salesperson and dealership embody "bait and switch". It started with a "glitch" in their price tracker, which they wouldn't honor. Then saying it was their "old" website that listed a different price, then wouldn't accept a manufacturer rebate, even though the fine print said otherwise. Dishonest experience from start to finish. Don't trust Bob Burke or this dealership. More

Worst experience ever Drove 400 miles 6 hours on information that was given and was incorrect then to be told face to face incorrect information once again and for David th Drove 400 miles 6 hours on information that was given and was incorrect then to be told face to face incorrect information once again and for David the sales person to call my wife a liar and get upset with me the customer. Called after I left talked to manager Zach who I feel truly didn’t care. Overall I will not be back and will not send anyone there. Also there auto response says call Jon after you do he says he will call back which he never does and zack said he would call back which never did when he said he would. This dealership lacks follow up which more then myself knows this and shows lack of care. More
