No stone left unturned!!!! Jackson Auto went above and beyond to get me into my ‘new to me’ Ford Edge! While Gary worked out the financing/warranty details, JR went through the Jackson Auto went above and beyond to get me into my ‘new to me’ Ford Edge! While Gary worked out the financing/warranty details, JR went through the entire car with me showing me everything, including setting up the sync functions for me, (this was not a quick process and not once did I feel they were rushing anything.) They have gone out of their way to help me obtain a second key for the vehicle and even repaired a minor glitch in the sunroof. Everything they said they would do, they did. Customer satisfaction is definitely a priority to them! I couldn’t be happier with the service brought forth from everyone at Jackson Auto! Thank you! More
