A superb purchasing experience. My wife and I were looking to replace her car with a small suv, with a specific configuration. After searching for a while, one popped up at Foley My wife and I were looking to replace her car with a small suv, with a specific configuration. After searching for a while, one popped up at Foley Motorsports. Negotiations were very low key, and we agreed upon a purchase price. There were a few items that needed attention on the vehicle, Foley took care of each and every one of them, and were reasonable with our requests. Matt, our salesperson, was excellent and timely with his communications. When we explained that we would be out of state for a bit, and provided our timeline for completing the sale, we were told "that's not a problem." We've had very negative experiences with previous dealers who said one thing, "not a problem", but as soon as they had our deposit their attitude changed. Matt and the team were terrific. Jon was a pleasure to deal with when completing the transaction. He offered us options for financing, but never applied an ounce of pressure to us. Simply put, the entire experience in dealing with Foley was pleasurable and without unethical/pressure-filled sales tactics. Dealerships take note - this is how you win customers. More
