Friendly, relaxed, honest. Haig was my salesperson, he had excellent communication and response to phone calls and e-mails. Had answers to my questions and asked someone if he didn't. Did not pressure me one bit, exuded patience and transparency in the whole process. Dealership is stocked with beautiful automobiles and their customer service as well as financial guy, Jon, were super friendly and helpful. Amazing experience I knew what I wanted and Greg was quick to find it right there on the lot. Great people, answered all questions and responded to any questions I had, I knew what I wanted and Greg was quick to find it right there on the lot. Great people, answered all questions and responded to any questions I had, even after the sale was done. We did all the business and financing that day (thank you Jon) and I had my car a few days later looking brand new! Great experience and my husband will be heading there for his car next! 2014 VW Sportwagen Zee was an honest agent from the get go. Overall easy and pleasant experience. Dealership fee is $200 less than most dealers.
