Gone are the days of spending a whole day at the car dealership making a purchase! Haggling over price, getting a bunch nonsense thrown at you in finance are all a thing of the past. 1. We saw the SUV dealership making a purchase! Haggling over price, getting a bunch nonsense thrown at you in finance are all a thing of the past. 1. We saw the SUV we wanted on the Riverside Porsche website. 2. Turned in credit and trade information at 11:30 pm on a Thursday via tablet. 3. Was contacted Friday before 10 am by John Beech in regards to when we would be in to take delivery of our new vehicle. 4. Scheduled with John for the next day at 12 noon. 5. Showed up, shook hands with John and went directly into finance. 6. Adam Avalos in finance was very straightforward, clear and focused. 7. John walked us out, did a thorough walk around with Q&A and that's it! 8. We drove off into the sunset and lived happily ever after! Conclusion: 20 mins on the tablet. 30 mins at the dealer. Please do the following, have Ed Finley desk your deal, have John Beech rep your deal, and have Adam Avalos ink your deal. YOUR DONE! More

We recently purchased a 2021 Macan GTS at Porsche Riverside and had an excellent experience. It is our second Porsche purchase from this dealer. We drove 450 miles from Northern California to buy the Riverside and had an excellent experience. It is our second Porsche purchase from this dealer. It took a dream team to make our Porsche dream come true and this was the case with the amazing crew at Porsche Riverside. First off, Sherman Sims, our passionate, thoughtful and knowledgeable sales represe and this was the case with the amazing crew at Porsche Riverside. First off, Sherman Sims, our passionate, thoughtful and knowledgeable sales representative was so committed to making the new 718 GT4 a reality for my wife and I, that it felt literally like we were in this together and it meant as much to him as it did to us to get the this awesome car into our garage. Sherman truly is the best! Next up is GM Jonathan Kienle who approached this deal with a positive, proactive, take charge attitude with an eye toward cutting through the bull with the end goal of having a lifetime customer, not a "one and done" situation. In my opinion, Jonathan's approach should be the standard for the automotive industry. SM Ed Finley and finance guru Adam Avilos round out the roster of tremendous professionals at Porsche Riverside and every time we look at our dream car, we realize it was a team effort. I don't really know who Walter is from Walter's automotive group, but Walter should know this is a crown jewel in his car kingdom and you now have a lifetime Porsche customer even though this one lives 2 hours away. More
