Kelly Nissan staff goes above and beyond. Now the thing that sets Kelly Dealership apart from the rest. My son had a problem and Kelly fixed it, and said if you still have a problem bring it b Now the thing that sets Kelly Dealership apart from the rest. My son had a problem and Kelly fixed it, and said if you still have a problem bring it back. It was still not right and we brought it back and they did get it right. I had a problem and they were very quick to resolve it. But not only resolve it, they wanted to resolve it the same day. They asked me would I mind taking a loaner car while they did the work. More

This Place is the Best I brought my 2015 Rogue in for a routine oil change and tire rotation under the maintenance agreement. Everything about the experience was first-rate- I brought my 2015 Rogue in for a routine oil change and tire rotation under the maintenance agreement. Everything about the experience was first-rate--check-in, waiting time, courtesy, comfort and amenities in the waiting area. Jon Miller told me that the 2 1/2-year-old battery had tested weak and they were replacing it at no charge under the warranty...an added bonus and much appreciated before the start of winter. Everything was done professionally and efficiently...start to finish in less than an hour. Oh, and with a free car wash before they sent me on my way! More

Jon Miller best Service Manager I have ever dealt with! Recently had to have my 2009 Altima towed in to Kelly Nissan due to it not starting. Seemed to be bad problems with its electrical system. Service Man Recently had to have my 2009 Altima towed in to Kelly Nissan due to it not starting. Seemed to be bad problems with its electrical system. Service Manager Jon Miller took control of the situation and assured me that his service techs would get to the bottom of the problem. Jon keep me informed of everything that was going on with my car. All of the information that Jon told me about the repairs to my car were spot on. Everything that he said he and his techs. would do they did! No BS. I have never been treated so well and truthfully by any other Service Manager in any car dealership. And I am in my 60's. Jon went well above the call of duty on this one and I thank him and his techs for all they did. As it turned out my Altima had been struck by lighting. Jon's techs did repair my car and it ran perfectly.But due to the fact that it was struck by lighting my insurance co. totaled my beautiful Altima.
