Good sales rep First sales rep I worked with was OK, but he never returned my calls for a quote for an upgraded model that I was interested in. Called a very helpful First sales rep I worked with was OK, but he never returned my calls for a quote for an upgraded model that I was interested in. Called a very helpful sales manager who got me a great sales rep that was very helpful and knowledgeable that got me the trims that I wanted to see and drive. Eventually bought the upgraded model. However, the finance guy lied about the cost of the oil change at $120 to scare us into buying the extended warranty when it really cost $50-75, which was a turnoff. More

From starting with our salesman Ehab to the finance director Anthony the process was friendly and not pushy. Due to a mistake at another location, my car was not available. Ehab promised me he would get me my car by the end of the day and he delivered! After having to drive to another state to find the same car that I wanted Ehab fulfilled his promis! If you are looking for a friendly trustworthy knowledgeable salesman who acts and treats you like a person and not just a potential sale I can not recommend Ehab enough. If I could give him 10 stars I would! Ehab and the rest of the fine people I dealt with at Gerald Subaru of Naperville have proven to me that not all car dealerships are full of dishonest sales driven sharks. Ehab and Gerald Subaru of Naperville have made a customer for life. More
