Hey there Ann, I am sincerely sorry for your experience that you received today. This is never an experience that I like to hear happening. Unfortunately, I was not made aware of any calls waiting for myself today. I did advise my receptionist that I would be unavailable for a period of time today to get things finalized for our end of month close out for March, but was never sent any notifications of calls missed during that period of time. I will speak with my receptionist in regards in how to better handle those conversations to prevent that from happening in the future. As for the conversation that you had with my sales agent, Matt, I will handle this with him directly. Comments like that are unnecessary and tactless and should never have been made.
