Sales process initial purchase was good and reasonable. However, have since had issue getting confirmation on one of my traded vehicles that should have been purchased, transferred and paid off by now but However, have since had issue getting confirmation on one of my traded vehicles that should have been purchased, transferred and paid off by now but getting no solid confirmation on why lease account still shows I own it and is behind one payment due to their delay and second to be due soon. Paperwork done by them which took weeks more for me to get shows they had payoff on it good through 1/8/26, but now is 1/14/26 and still NOTHING!!!!. Also the other Cadillac monitoring services still contacting me like I still have the vehicle which BMW of Sarasota took possession of back on 12/29/26. This portion shouldn't be this difficult to resolve and their delays could impact my personal credit and situation on a vehicle I obviously do no longer possess or technically own as per signed paperwork. Rating would be much higher and would recommend if this kind of back office finance situation wasn't occurring. More
