I was informed very clearly as to how long the service would take and when something unexpected showed up, I was given a rental car (no charge). Everything proceeded quickly and efficiently. The same occurred the next day when I returned the rental and picked up my car.... the whole process took about 10 minutes. More

I was asked exactly the features I needed on the vehicle and was shown the cars that met my needs. My test ride was as long as I wanted and my sales person was unhurried. The final deal with my trade in was fair and I would recommend BMW of Sarasota to any one considering a car purchase regardless of brand. I was pleased that I was able to buy an X3 for about the same price as some of the lower tier cars. More

Overall a fine experience. My BMW was taken in on time and very quickly. Service advisor met with me within 10 mins and explained the services my car would receive.
