Quick customer service was prompt receive on service drive. Service was great and prompt with new radiator change car delivered and car working great and I’m very please with the technician who work on drive. This is the third survey I have completed since my service was done. So I don’t know if the others are not being read or what. Basically, the service I went in for was not completed, nor was I given a service was done. So I don’t know if the others are not being read or what. Basically, the service I went in for was not completed, nor was I given any explanation. The expensive oil change I had was supposed to include vacuuming out the car, which was not done. And the drink that I had in my front cupholder was turned upside down on the back seat floor. The main reason for this service appointment was to have the floor vents fixed. However they still do not blow out hardly any air, but are very loud. More
