The whole experience was excellent! Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Dayshon greeted me when I arrived and he helped me test drive the vehicle after pointing out Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Dayshon greeted me when I arrived and he helped me test drive the vehicle after pointing out what each option would do and, what to expect when I get vehicle signals on my dashboard etc. Jonathan was there at pick up and also explained how to operate my vehicle. Both Dayshon and Jonathan Casiano answered all of my questions. Carl Tagliamonte was very helpful in explaining the process to further lease the vehicle. They were all very helpful and answered all of my questions. There were other sales staff that checked in with me to make sure that I was being taken care of too. More

When I decided to replace my 19 year old Forester, I DREADED going through the car shopping/buying process. My first stop was at Colonial Nissan of Medford, to see a used Mitsubishi I had seen on carfa DREADED going through the car shopping/buying process. My first stop was at Colonial Nissan of Medford, to see a used Mitsubishi I had seen on carfax. Jonathan quickly brought it around and took me for a test drive. After he answered my many questions, I abandoned my plan to visit other dealers to see more cars. Jonathan explained and navigated me through the insurance and registration procedures. There was no owners manual in the car, so one was ordered. When I picked up the car, without a manual, Jonathan took the time to explain/demonstrate the car’s controls and features. When the manual arrived a week later, it was driven to my house, saving me a trip back to the dealership, a courtesy I appreciated. So my overall car replacement experience was much easier and more positive than anticipated. Colonial Nissan provided friendly, knowledgeable service clearly oriented toward customer satisfaction.
