Both the dealership and Ruben were amazing I was looking for a very specific vehicle and used True Car to search and it gave me two other dealerships near me to work with. One dealer played games with pricing and incentives, and failed to follow up and the other send me pricing and then came back with increases when final paperwork was being drafted. I sent pricing to Ruben and he was able to get me an even better deal, a few more options, lower price and no hassles. Delivered to my home and no drama! I was expecting the typical sale pressure and a lot of BS. In my first call with Sebastian, he’d said they’d make it easy on me. And boy, he was right! By far the least hassle and the quickest sales process I have ever experienced. As a small business owner, I appreciate that they prepared everything in advance. When I arrived, they had the car and paperwork ready. I was in and out with my new RAM Promaster 159 High Roof in less than an hour. More
