Absolute lies and treated like a second class citizen. Long story short: Promised the world, but lied to and misled, with a complete lack of respect and communication. Worked for three days to build a deal on a used vehicle trade. Alberto Cortes gave me a price, and stopped communicating. Reached out to Tom Phelan, and a manager, Michal Marzec, to make a deal and came to an agreement. I secured my own financing. At this point I was thrown back to Alberto. My bank required a bill of sale and a copy of the title to secure financing as this was out of state. I had to call multiple times to get the bill of sale from Alberto. When he came through with it, I was then told that the title was locked in a safe and they can’t get to it until Monday. No problem, I want to make a deposit to hold the car, since financing on my end was worked out. I’m then told that I can make a deposit but they can’t hold the car, UNLESS I finance through the dealership, even though my bank has already approved me. I’m told this, and to put in a credit app by Patrick Wells. He says he’ll call me right back. For 6 and a half hours I call the dealership to get in touch with these managers to finalize the sale, with every single call answered being sent to a voicemail or being told that I’ll be called back. Towards the end of the day I’m called back, Michal told me I’m approved, but they don’t know at what rate, and the finance guy is busy but he will call me back with an answer shortly. I never received a call back. After an hour I call in, and am told now by Patrick that I was denied financing, and that the car sold. With a 702 credit score, I find hard to believe I was declined, seems like an easy excuse because they probably sold the car for more profit to some unsuspecting individual. I cannot imagine in this day and age they would treat a customer like this. I was also told that, "well the customer is in the showroom, we have to take care of the one that is here." If that is the case, why do you have a website and offer a "easy" way to purchase online? Are my dollars somehow different because I'm not "in the showroom?" So if you're there, maybe you're treated with respect, but if online shopping is what you like to do, avoid this place like the plague. More
