I decided to purchase a new Dodge ProMaster short wheelbase, and found 5 online at Jack Phelan, for an extremely good price. I gave five Wisconsin dealers the opportunity to match the price, and they couldn't even come close. I spoke with Sebastian from Jack Phelan on the phone that evening, and purchased exactly what I wanted over the phone the very next day. I picked the van up the following day, and everything was exactly as Sebastian and I agreed upon. There was no up selling, no hidden costs, the whole process was speedy and efficient...it really was a great experience. And I love the van. The staff that I dealt with at the dealership (Jonathan/finance, Pasquale/a character) were all super sincere and just nice people. I've purchased many autos in my lifetime, and can honestly say that this was the best experience! More

Changed my car buying eperience I originally met Michal at Sherman Dodge where I bought my first car. I loved my car and I loved working with Michal and his personal service however I originally met Michal at Sherman Dodge where I bought my first car. I loved my car and I loved working with Michal and his personal service however the service department kept screwing me and I finally started coming to Jack Plan for service and it's a whole different world. Cleaner, calmer, people are wayy nicer you don't get jumped by 30,000 aggressive overexcited salespeople everytime you come in for anything. I was in and out in 45 minutes at Phelan, at Sherman 3 hours minimum. Then low and behold I see Michal, and he provided the same amazing service. However at Phelan everything else was 10 times better, Jonathan in finance and Seba the manager all did amazing work as well. Loved the whole experience. More
