Bella worked hours with us to make it all possible and even going the extra mile on her own time and money to make a giant bow for the car. This is our family’s fourth purchase at Jack phelan couldn’t think of going anywhere else. It’s always our first choice when car shopping 😃 Adding to my experience from buying to actually picking up car. Was told that it had a navigation system that was 1 of my 2 must have options in purchasing car, picked it up over the weekend and there wasn’t any such navigation system in vehicle plus service was already closed told to call today Monday June 11, 2018 and was told that no it doesn’t have it and that I maybe able to buy one if it’s possible. I was told at least two times while looking to buy the Compass that it had a navigation system plus two times when I called to double check over phone they said yes it definitely does. But now it’s like oh no my mistake it doesn’t have one of the must haves you wanted in your NEW OUT RIGHT PURCHASE OF A 2018 Jeep Compass. And then to say you can maybe pay to have one installed. This is a major mistake on their end and should also be rectified and made right on their end. By making sure this new vehicle we bought with the best intentions of the dealership saying it had exactly what we asked for and paid for. Extremely disappointed with this service and experience this time purchasing from this dealership. Really hope they make their mistake right ?? More

Ryan is amazing! I came into the store looking to buy, Ryan was the first to greet me and help me get started on what I was looking for. I told him I had time restrict I came into the store looking to buy, Ryan was the first to greet me and help me get started on what I was looking for. I told him I had time restrictions and he said he would do everything he could to get me out with the timeframe. He was extremely friendly well versed in his knowledge of the vehicles and is the main reason I purchased from Jack Phelan. I just wish I would have had someone like Ryan while I was dealing with the finance department. I asked many questions and was directed to “review the paperwork once we were done” I was told to continue signing even when I was asking questions. I requested to not purchase gap insurance from the dealership, and was told that it was not apart of the purchase. I reviewed the sales doc and I found that the financial service guy added on even after I specifically requested not to have it apart of my purchase. Due to the fact that I pay for gap/loan insurance through my auto insurance provider. When I mentioned that he stated that insurance providers do not offer gap. Still I requested opt out of that option. I also asked if he could bring the price down a bit to make it more affordable and without even asking anyone or looking into it he just said no. More
