The car wasn't even detailed. there was old wax sitting in between the door panels meaning the car hasn't been detailed since they got the vehicle. Came all the way up here just to see the vehicle not moved not cleaned not anything, paint falling off the rims. Embarrassing and just a slap in the face and i do not recommending coming here. Very unprofessional. Sale was almost done and set for and all went out the window. More

Bill is a terrific teacher who was able to clearly explain every detail about my choice, the 2024 Blazer EV 2LT. Our three-hour session flew by thanks to his easygoing manner and many interesting stories. Though I had not expected to take delivery right away, I was able to drive the car home that afternoon. In addition, I was provided with a ride back to the dealership to pick up my previous car. I had previously leased two automobiles at Elkins Chevrolet and have always been extremely happy with the service and professionalism there. Highly recommended! More

Bob went above and beyond to locate my new vehicle from a different dealership because the initial one I chose had a recall and I wasn't permitted to purchase it, but he was determined and within 2-3 business days, he contacted me with great news that one was being sent over. I was extremely happy. Jonathan in the finance department had me in and out I believe within 45 minutes and explained everything in detail and the process was easy. I appreciate the service I received from these individuals and will continue to be a loyal customer and refer them to friends and family. More

The sales service was great at Elkins. I saw a truck online that had just come in so there was no pictures of it yet. He streamlined the process by starting the paperwork & financing while i was at work so the process was extremely smooth. I was in and out off the dealership in less than 2 hours including test drive and everything. I would highly recommend this family owned dealership as I will be returning on any future purchases.
