After driving nine hours to purchase a vehicle, and receiving plenty of communication before the sale but virtually none afterward, I am extremely disappointed. This was the worst car-buying experience receiving plenty of communication before the sale but virtually none afterward, I am extremely disappointed. This was the worst car-buying experience I have ever had, and I will never purchase from this dealership again. The entire transaction felt rushed and unprofessional. The finance representative expected me to sign legally binding documents without giving me adequate time to read them or ask questions. Both the salesperson and finance representative appeared irritated because I wanted to review everything before signing. They were also upset when I requested the warranty and vehicle-inspection records, claiming I was the first customer ever to ask for such documentation. I specifically requested information regarding the tires, tire rotation, oil changes, and alignment. Because it was late and other departments were supposedly closed, I was promised that all information provided was accurate, and all documentation would be emailed to me the following day. That did not happen. I was also given inaccurate information about the tires and other vehicle features. I was promised that the routes would be replaced with me tires in the event that the information provided on the tires was incorrect. The finance representative contacted someone identified as a manager, who claimed that the tire tread readings were 9 and 8. I later discovered from three separate tire companies that this information was false. The oldest tire on the vehicle dates back to 2019 and had tread so low that it needed to be replaced. Another tire had a large gash, a third had extremely low tread, and only one tire was in somewhat acceptable condition. I was also misled about the vehicle’s alignment. In addition, the vehicle’s computer system still had food debris around the computer system after the dealership claimed the vehicle had been detailed, and the system now malfunctions. I also had to request missing items that should have already been inside the vehicle. When those items were replaced, the salesman made sarcastic remarks as though they were doing me a favor. Even more concerning, the previous owner’s personally identifiable information was left inside the vehicle. It has now been 30 days since I paid for the vehicle in full, and I still have not received a permanent license plate note am I able to speak with other than the receptionist. I was initially told that I would leave with the permanent plate, but I was later told no one was available to sign for it so it would be mailed overnight. My temporary tag has now expired, and my local DMV cannot issue the plate. I have contacted the dealership numerous times through multiple methods. When I finally spoke with the sales manager, he was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional, and he hung up on me. I have repeatedly requested to speak with the general manager or owner, but no one has returned my calls. The lack of honesty, professionalism, accountability, and follow-up has been unacceptable—especially after I traveled nine hours and paid for the vehicle in full. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. More

After the purchase, everyone was extremely hard t me to purchase out from under another employee who had a client with a deposit down on the vehicle. After the purchase, everyone was extremely hard to get in contact with regarding missing paperwork, missing key fobs, and delayed plates. They charged an exorbitant registration fee for a plate that expires in less than a month from delivery, and refused to do anything to extend it. Overall a poor experience and I would not recommend the Used Vehicle department to anyone I know. They run this exactly like a shady used dealer who doesn’t care about the person, just the $. More
