We have been looking for an SUV for months, including luxury models and settled on a special order Forester XT Touring because of the design, features, and value. While we waited for our SUV to be delivered, our salesperson, Martin, kept us updated as to our order status. He texted us every Friday without fail. Now that we own the vehicle, he continues to make himself available to answer questions and has set up a morning for us to come back to go over the amazing features! Our experience with the finance department was in par with the excellent sales experience. Jonathan was knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. We got a very fair trade in on our old vehicle, as well. All in all, we are very pleased with our experience! More

In all the buying experences I've had, none have come close to my experience at Sport Subaru. I bought a 2017 Outback and I came away with 2 great wins. First I have a great car with the Outback. (sold my Lexus RX350 2015). Second I had the best car buying experience in my life. Nothing that I have encountered in the past comes close to Sport Subaru and the sales team. My wife and I went there last Sunday to test drive the Outback, before we got to the door a man meet us outside with a smile and a handshake. Trevor Jeffery is who we meet. Told him we wanted to drive a Outback and in less than 5 min. He had one out front next to my Lexus and said, you and your wife take it for a test drive. Before we left I asked to work some numbers for the car, (told him what I wanted). When we came back we sat down at his desk, He showed me the invoice and msrp, and said this is your number. I looked at number and said, how soon cam I pick it up? I have my new car in the driveway and a big smile. I can't believe how easy, how nice and professional my buying experience was.
