Best Subaru dealership in Florida! This is my second review of this dealership, and the people I dealt with. I have already reviewed my 2018 Outback, and now I want to review my 2018 Crosstrek I purchased for my daughter! Frances Vargas of course is a wonderful Salesperson who made sure all of my questions were answered, and truly seems to care that you the buyer get all of the information needed to make a good decision. I also liked the way that she was never pushy, but listened to what my daughter and I had to say, and what we wanted. She also wasn't arrogant, or tried to push me into something I didn't want. I will definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to buy a car! I would also like to say how great the service agent Jean Martin has been. I love how she made it a point to address questions or problems I have/had, and treated us like we were family members. She has been efficient, and responsible in our interactions, and I can't say how much I really appreciate that. I live on the other side of town, just a few miles from another Subaru dealership, but will drive all the way over to Sports Subaru just to deal with someone I trust like Jean and Frances. Thank you Mr. Mealey for hiring such awesome employees! You have earned my customer loyalty! Oh and again, I dealt with Ted Pappas, and Jonathan (Superman) Frisby who were both just as awesome! Both purchases were the best car buying experiences I have ever had with all parties involved...and I have purchased over 20 cars in my lifetime.... More

Super Positive Experience As a person who has always purchased "new" cars I must say that I have never experienced such a STRESS FREE buying experience. We were met by Mr. Robe As a person who has always purchased "new" cars I must say that I have never experienced such a STRESS FREE buying experience. We were met by Mr. Robert Duran with the most genuine smile I have ever seen on a car salesman! He let us see the cars we were interested in and we felt NO PRESSURE! We then spoke briefly with Mr. Orlando Soto who gave us very honest and helpful advice on my trade-in. One week later, we returned to purchase the car that WE WANTED! We also worked with Mr. Ted Pappas who again was as genuine and helpful and fair as can be! We finished the night with what could have been the most painful experience, with Mr. Jonathan Frisby and much to our delight he made signing papers a great time!!!!!
