His professional and sincere demeanor is why I trusted Adam to work with me on this purchase. The car was everything he described and more. I would recommend him HIGHLY to anyone looking to make a purchase. At the end, we had a bit of a hiccup since I did not bring a check! :) This is where Jon Frisby came in to help! Would buy here again! I have always thought a great measure of any experience is to ask, "Would I do that again?" In this case, would I buy here again? Absolutely! I chose Christine Brightwell to initially contact as I simply had a positive feeling about her. I was not wrong. Christine exhibited thoroughness and patience as my wife was trying to decide between a Forester and an Outback. She took us on two separate test rides and scoured the lot for the desired color combination in an Outback (and stayed a little late while doing so). Despite no success, she arranged to have the appropriate vehicle obtained from another in state dealer. Christine's level of communication was superb as she kept us apprised of the status of things and prompted us to have and/or provide needed items to complete the transaction without any glitches. Christine later presented a needed tutorial to my wife concerning all the Outback's features which certainly proved very helpful. Is it essential to like your salesperson as long as the deal is to your satisfaction? Perhaps not, but somehow it just makes the experience far more pleasant. I recommend you give Christine a call if you do not already have a contact person. Also, Jon Frisby in finance was very efficient which should not have been any surprise once we saw his Superman photo. In addition, we met the GM Ted Pappas and we liked him and his approach as well. This review might be a bit long, but I like to give credit where it is due. More

I came in from another manufacturer who I had been with for more than 20 years, but had become too full of themselves. I will be returning to Sport Subaru again when it is time to get another vehicle. I tried another dealership and the experience was similar, the haggling back and forth to get to a satifactory price left me drained. I left that dealership. A few days later I decided to try again, that's when I went to Sports Subaru. I was not rushed by salesmen, the showroom was clean and nice . They did not have the particular car I wanted but quickly located one. Alajandra, my sales rep gave me a fair initial price, when I told her we had gotten a lower sales price from the first dealer she took the information to her manager, they met the price, charged no dealer fee, offered an additional warranty and a much lower financing rate! Jonathan also saved me money by checking the DMV and found I had a tag credit. I would highly recommend Sports Subaru! . More
