From the moment we arrived at this dealership, we were taken care of. Adam was very nice, helpful, respectful, and not pushy (which I appreciate a lot). We were in the car and test driving in a matter of minutes. I visited the Subaru dealership that was closer to me in Melbourne and was told that I could not test drive the WRX without talking numbers yet, and they didn't think to mention that when I had called an hour before arrival. Adam was very informative and taught me all about the car and it's safety features. The deal went very smoothly and they're starting price was very reasonable, which I was not expecting at all. Best part, no dealer fees! I am very comfortable with this purchase, unlike my first buying experience. Jonathan Frisby was our finance person and he was incredible. He was a blast to talk to and really helped to calm my nerves through the process. He went through all of my options with great detail. There were no hidden fees on the final papers and everything was cut and dry. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I will recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Subaru. I live an hour away from this dealership, but it couldn't have been more worth the drive! More

The drive took us less time than we anticipated, so we arrived 30 minutes before they opened. Adam came out to ask if we needed help and we told him we were early and could wait, and he said, no, no, I am here to help and since you are already here, how may i help you? From that point on Adam was courteous, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and more than willing to answer any and all of our questions. My daughter is extremely happy with her car, the price, and the whole purchase process. Jonathan Frisby was our finance person and he also was very courteous and explained the many options available for financing, maintenance packages, and GAP insurance. And he was very patient in explaining to my daughter the pros and cons of each package. I have a Subaru Legacy, purchased from another Subaru dealer, and the difference in the two dealerships is night and day. I would purchase my next car from this dealership - the process was long, but they were not pushy. More
