In my over 30 years of car ownership, I have NEVER had my car serviced at a dealership until NOW. I am an owner of 23 months and for the first tine in my life, I will only go to them, my dealer. Needless to say, I am a VERY satisfied customer. I love their professionalism, their accuracy, the level of information they provide, and their timeliness. I could not be happier. More

Customer service deprived I believe jaime to be knowledgeable however he should not interface with the public. He is a whiny temperamental maladjusted man with no patience. This employee puts limits on his customer service output: refusing to call your extended warranty plan; being disgruntled about sending faxes for payment and complaining to the customer about how much of his life he can't get back. Prompt and timely service I brought the vehicle in for the front end death wobble and so far the problem seems to be fixed. Ok...I have had better service I went in for an oil change and vehicle check up. Usually they give you a consultation on what is needed on your vehicle. This time got nothing. Then I went in for an oil change and vehicle check up. Usually they give you a consultation on what is needed on your vehicle. This time got nothing. Not thrilled Took my car in for an emissions light. They reprogrammed the computer, made me wait 3 hours, charged $140 and told me it was good to go. 3 days later Took my car in for an emissions light. Have to take another day off work to have it looked at again. More
