Prompt and timely service I brought the vehicle in for the front end death wobble and so far the problem seems to be fixed. Ok...I have had better service I went in for an oil change and vehicle check up. Usually they give you a consultation on what is needed on your vehicle. This time got nothing. Then I went in for an oil change and vehicle check up. Usually they give you a consultation on what is needed on your vehicle. This time got nothing. Not thrilled Took my car in for an emissions light. They reprogrammed the computer, made me wait 3 hours, charged $140 and told me it was good to go. 3 days later Took my car in for an emissions light. Have to take another day off work to have it looked at again. More

My Day at South Oak Dodge Chrysler Jeep Service was great l, but the wait time was longer than usual. I got to the dealership at 11:15 am appt was for 11:30am and I didn’t leave until 2:00 p Service was great l, but the wait time was longer than usual.
