After 10 days of my car sitting there, I elevated it to the management and they were the same. It’s the culture there. . I took my car to Tinley Park and the circus ended. Save yourself the frustration and don’t give them your keys. Every time I called, they couldn’t find the car and had never even looked at the vehicle. After nearly 2 weeks, I took it straight to another dealer and they are doing the repairs. The staff are dysfunctional and they could care less about a customer’s time or service needs. Every time I called it was a different excuse. ! My experience was horrible. The customer service is absolute trash. It’s a NO for me. More
